Can I use stamps and still get a postal discount?
Yes! This requires a special permit, which we have and special pre-canceled stamps. We can buy the pre-canceled discount stamps for first-class, standard, or non-profit mailings. Additional postage will still be required when your mail drops but you still get the same postal discount you would if you used a permit.
Does my job need a tab?
If you have a letter size piece (6 1/8 h x 11 1/2 w or smaller), and your piece is folded, you will need a tab. Things such as self-mailers including an 8-1/2" x 11" sheet tri-folded, you will need two tabs. But an 8-1/2" x 11" multi page newsletter folded to 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" may only need one tab.
The amount of tabs and locations of tabs are determined by the size, weight, and folds of the letter-size mailing piece. Flat sized pieces (such as magazines) are not required to have a tab. Please consult our mailing division for assistance in planning your printed piece. We can help you with your layout to determine the most economical solution to your needs.
Can you merge two or more lists together?
Yes! We can merge as many lists as you would like into one final mailing list with our software. However you may want us to De-Dupe or remove duplicate names that might exist as a result of the merger. Please call us for an explanation of different ways we can De-Dupe your list.
